NirvSystem is a cloud-based onboarding registration service for users registering for confirmed enrollments, employment opportunities, placements, rotations, fellowships, or other learning experiences.

NirvSystem is a cloud-based onboarding registration service for users registering for confirmed enrollments, employment opportunities, placements, rotations, fellowships, or other learning experiences, as well as educational leads and administrative staff associated directly or indirectly with the onboarding registration process.

1. How do I login to NirvSystem?

   In order to login you need a valid Username (email address) and Password.

   If you are a registered user: You have automatically been registered and you should have received your login information in a welcome e-mail from NirvSystem.

2. Two-Factor Authentication

   To enhance security, NirvSystem uses two-factor authentication (2FA) during the login process. After entering your Username and Password, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit security code. This code is automatically sent to your email address.

   Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if needed) and enter the code on the login screen to complete your authentication. The code is valid for a limited time only. If the code expires or you didn't receive it, you can request a new one from the same screen.

   Note: Two-Factor Authentication may not be required every time you log in, depending on your organization's security settings.

3. I've logged into NirvSystem before, but can't now

   I've forgotten my Username or Password.

   Please reach out the relevant support service contact.

   My personal information has changed.

   If your personal information has changed i.e., you have moved or changed your name, please contact your Administrative Coordinator to update your NirvSystem profile.

   I know that my Username and Password are correct, but the system won't let me login.

   1. The Username and Password must be manually typed into the system. If you are copying and pasting the information, please try typing in the ID and password manually.
   2. If you are using the numeric keypad on your keyboard to input your login information on the NirvSystem login page, please ensure that your Num Lock keyboard key is on.
   3. Alternatively, if you are attempting to access NirvSystem from a hospital, school, business, or government office, you may be attached to a LAN (local area network) and behind a firewall.

4. How do I log off properly?

   When you have completed your NirvSystem session, click the 'Logout' icon at the top right hand corner of the page. This will expire your session and prevent further access to your account until you log into NirvSystem again.

   Shutting down your browser is another way to ensure that your information cannot be viewed by anyone else who shares your computer.
